Aviram (CPA in Israel) has been working in real estate for more than 19 years, having an extensive financial, banking and legal experience in development and property management.
Aviram has managed during his career in CEE, over 700 million Eur portfolio for leading listed real estate developer Globe Trade Center and took the leading role in the development of 600.000 sqm GBA in Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary.
Burcu Uygurcetin
Co-Founder & Partner
Prior to CEE Estate, Burcu (MBA) held managerial positions in leading real estate development companies like Globe Trade Center, Anchor Group and Benevo Capital.. She has over 15 years experience in commercial, residential and retail development in CEE.
During her career in the region, she has successfully leased and managed over 450,000 sqm GLA commercial and retail properties and over 1.000 apartments.
Vlad Rapisca
Partner
Vlad (Civil Engineer) has led several retail, residential and commercial real estate developments from land acquisition, permitting, construction management to exit management. He has worked in managerial positions in leading real estate development companies like Immofinanz, Adama, Avrig 35, TNG Real Estate and Bog’art during his career.
Vlad successfully completed the development of over 500 million Eur real estate investments in Romania.
