CEE Estate has extensive experience in the development, leasing, asset management, and investment of retail park projects across Central and Southeastern Europe, with a primary focus on the Romanian market.
Over the years, our team has been involved in the successful development of approximately 300,000 sqm of retail park space, delivering projects from concept to completion. While the majority of our developments are located in Romania, we have also advised on and participated in projects in other European markets.

Office Asset Management
CEE Estate provides comprehensive asset management services for institutional-grade office properties across Central and Southeastern Europe. The company currently manages office assets in Romania and has previously provided asset management services in Hungary and Bulgaria, supporting owners, investors, and lenders in maximizing asset performance and value.
Our responsibilities extend far beyond traditional asset management and include leasing strategy and execution, tenant relationship management, oversight of facility management operations, budgeting and financial control, capital expenditure planning, and business plan implementation.
CEE Estate has extensive experience in coordinating major redevelopment programs, large-scale fit-out projects, building modernization initiatives, and construction works within operational office environments. Our team also manages permitting processes, including construction authorizations, fire safety and ISU compliance, and coordination with public authorities and consultants.

Residential & Hotel Developments
CEE Estate brings extensive experience in residential and hotel development, providing full-scope development management across the entire project lifecycle — from concept design and permitting, through construction, to final delivery. Our involvement covers every critical stage, including project financing, ensuring a seamless and de-risked process for our investors and partners.
In the residential sector, our team has successfully completed more than 1,000 apartments, with a new residential project currently commencing construction.
In the hotel sector, we are currently developing new mountain resort hotels of 70–100 rooms each. In addition, we have been involved in large-scale renovation projects, managing the complete process from concept and permitting through construction management, including the securing of fire safety permits and full regulatory compliance.
